Phantom Blade Zero Release Time
The Worldwide Unlock Moment
The PlayStation Store listing carries the exact release moment: October 29, 02:00 UTC, the same instant in every region. That is why the date reads October 28 in the Americas and October 29 almost everywhere else.
The Steam store page shows a date only — October 28 in the US and other western stores — and Valve has not published an exact unlock time. The countdown on the home page uses the confirmed 02:00 UTC moment.
Launch Time in Major Cities
Americas: 7:00 PM in Los Angeles, 10:00 PM in New York, 8:00 PM in Mexico City, 11:00 PM in São Paulo — all on October 28.
Europe and Africa: 2:00 AM in London, 3:00 AM in Paris and Berlin, 4:00 AM in Athens, 5:00 AM in Moscow — all on October 29. Europe leaves summer time on October 25, so launch night runs on winter time.
Asia and Oceania: 7:30 AM in New Delhi, 9:00 AM in Bangkok, 10:00 AM in Beijing and Singapore, 11:00 AM in Tokyo and Seoul, 1:00 PM in Sydney, 3:00 PM in Auckland — all on October 29.
What Remains Unconfirmed
No pre-load has been announced for any platform yet, and Steam's exact unlock time has not been published. This page will be updated the moment either storefront confirms more.
